Well, up & down, up & down, then down, for real. That’s my pattern. Got to bed @ 3am - upset intestines, as I periodically get, and painsomnia, so @ best got 3 1/2 hrs sleep. Again, as usual. Except for when I sleep like the dead for 10 or more hours.

Should weigh in a few more times @ 200 during the next week.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
