Dissapointing :( Have been eating light, no excess, no cheese (my favorite)j, no munching in between meals, drinking lots of water and most of all exercising /moving more for the past week. I feel better, lighter but the scale is stuck nevertheless. I know I shouldn't let it discourage me and I am starting to hate scales !!!
Till next time, keep on trying, Fit Mio

Hi, I started at 74kg back in November, now at 65kg ...it takes a while for the body to get in the swing of things, but if you keep with it the weight will all of a sudden start dropping off then level out and the drop off again (I have no idea why, but at the beginning of my diet and exercise and about mid way I was stuck at one weight for about 6 weeks each time even though I kept doing what I was doing, the week after I lost 2kg in a week doing exactly the same). With regards to the snacking, I find myself eating smaller portions and healthier but have always been told to have a morning and an afternoon snack, you need to keep the body supplied with good food so that it doesnt start storing fat, ideally you should be eating something small every 3 hours approximately (5 small meals a day) The other thing to remember if you are working out is that muscle weighs more than fat, so it is best to judge things by how your clothes feel and in general how healthy you feel. I hope this doesnt sound patronising, but its words of encouragement that kept me going, so I hope this helps. Laura
