Cutting out starch and doing calorie counting, never tried cal counting before.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1373 kcal Fat: 68.47g | Prot: 79.59g | Carb: 116.24g.   Breakfast: Sasko Low GI Honey & Oats, Coffee with Milk, Butter, Eskort Rindless Streaky Bacon, Fried Egg. Lunch: Coffee with Milk, Clover Feta Plain, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, John West Light Meat Tuna with a Twist. Dinner: White Rice, Green Peppers, Cooked Eggplant (Fat Added in Cooking), Tea with Milk, Parmesan Cheese (Hard), Grilled Tomatoes, Chicken Breast Meat, Golden Delicious Apples. Snacks/Other: Crisps, Milk Chocolate with Peanuts. more...

Every since i cut out Bread, Pasta, Noodles (not yet potatoes 😬😬) and calorie counting, everything has been *Opera Voice* AAAAAAMMMMAAAAZZZZIIIIINNNNNGGGGG 😁😀
