lagi red day. untuk bb awal aku tambah jadi 62 soalnya aku kalau liat dr 58 turun nya berasa dikit. padahal aku pernah berjuang dr situ. biar motivasi aja jadi ga stress mikirin turunnya dikit padahal udah lumayan. jadi jangan udahan diet nya hehe
