125.2. ate better yesterday but sprained ankle from volleyball. pure cardio workout was alternated and didn't do much jumping. but did get a good sweat.
eat better since ankle is hindering workouts.
122.9 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
