Today it’s raining I’ve been dieting for a month now. I was doing just carbs, and lost 5 lbs a week then my blood pressure started getting out of control. I had to go to calorie’s. I’m staying at and under 1200 still a very slow go. I work nights delivery. No lifting just riding. I sleep most of the day. I have no get up and go. Any advice? I’m stuck on my diet staying bouncing between 252-248. Ugh!!! I’m not giving up this time I’m 56 years old feeling blah!!!!
