因感冒運動停擺了4天,體重也無所進展🤦🏻‍♀️
今天開始恢復運動,希望可以趕快追上進度

瑜珈1小時—>消耗200cal
飛輪50分鐘—>消耗250cal
步行7.7km—>消耗200cal
132.1 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
