OMG! What has happened to me? I have got to get focused on a plan. I can't breath, clothes don't fit and I just am not attractive. place...watch what I eat and exercise daily.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
