I am so disappointed in myself! Here I go again, NOT! I do great, then have a minor slip up and then end up in a horrible mess! I am back on track. Tracking everything! I can't let myself get so upset.... I just give up! Ugh!
My goal this week is to track everyday, up the workouts and the water, and chalk this mess up to a learning experience and hopefully feel better about pushing myself back on track and not totally giving up like I have in the past!
