I've been eating poorly, but exercising has become quite fun and I've begun to do it in the morning and night. I know this progress is coming as quickly as I allow it. Finally over the plateau!!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
