Wake up feeling very tired, not alert like other cleanse-users report. Might be because I'm playing catch-up to get a full night's rest...we'll see, since I'm off tomorrow and can sleep in, how I feel when I wake up.

Very satisfied with the weight loss and surprised I'm not more hungry throughout the day! Think I'll keep at this 'til my stomach is sufficiently shrunk (not sure how long it takes), so I don't indulge when I've finished the cleanse.

Desperately fighting a craving to eat the steak I bought 3 days ago...marinating for 3 days...I want to cook it so bad!!! Oh, and the thing I said earlier about not being hungry throughout the day...hit me with avengance at lunch time... =( Ugh...I'm doing awesome...lost 2 lbs in 3 days just by eating a lot less (and extremely healthy). Pfft...I can sacrifice the 300ish calories to enjoy the steak...that's what I'm thinking. ;P

Currently feeling: Starving (and let's face it, around 1k calories a day does qualify)...feel a headache on the horizon...think I'll eat the freaking steak! 3 days of a cleanse...I can keep it up later, and I don't think it's so wrong to enjoy one decent meal a day!
Overall feeling: Disappointed I didn't really feel a boost of energy (as I said, or maybe just thought, before...might be the abandonment of carbs & absence of usual calories to blame), and I don't think I got the "glow" others got...oh well, I'm more than happy to take the omittion of a few pounds! I'm roughly 10 lbs off from how low I was a few months ago, then to continue with the long haul of reducing an additional 20-30 lbs til I get to my goal of 135!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
