I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but it's tough. this week has been really challenging; headaches, stomach cramps, lethargy....so I just want to see evidence that it's working. about 3.5 pounds in 5 days. pretty good...😊
249.6 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
