Well here we go. Baby steps. One day at a time. Today's plan is to take Core Synergistics to the beach with us and knock it out while the kids are playing. Second attack is to record what I'm putting into the furnace (my mouth, ha ha). I'm shooting for 1600 calories on low activity days and 1800 when I'm working hard.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
