chicken wrapped in parma ham and garlic feta cheese, roast potatoes and veg with an extra large helping of key lime pie for dessert. oh and 2 pints of cider.
179.7 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
