Walked "just" 1.5 miles this morning in anticipation that I'll be mowing the lawn later. I need to get it cut before the rains and storms, that are supposed to come in over the next day or so, get here.

I'm hoping to get into the pool after mowing....always a great thing to do!

I was rather hungry last night, after dinner, but decided that it wouldn't kill me (LOL!), so I just pushed on through. I left myself the option, however, of having some bacon or a cheese stick if it got intense (as it did the other night this week).

Otherwise, a pretty routine day. Tomorrow, I have another church commitment in the morning but then I'll take advantage of my proximity to the gym and go for another elliptical routine. It's actually kinda fun, even though I feel it really works me out, even at the low levels I use.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First of all - Congrats on your strength in getting through your hunger last night. Again, I need to follow your example (as we know we are not really hungry - just think we are). Have fun at the gym tomorrow - those ellipticals are killers! Your weight graph line will be falling off the page!

You are doing amazing! Great job pushing through the "hungries" last night. I have those sometimes also, and try to keep some carbs and cals so I can eat if I just can't take it. Have a wonderful day, and hope you get the grass mowed before the storms arrive. :)

Buffy & Bren...I so much want my graph line to fall off the page! I gutted out my hunger (LOL!) Wednesday night but succumbed to it last night (Thursday). Actually, I figured that with the extra exercise I did, I could afford going up in calories a bit, so had a serving of sunflower kernels. I have to be careful with that rationale, however, so hopefully won't try to convince myself to do otherwise on a regular basis! LOL!

Stef, the grass got mowed before the rains last night and this morning. I always feel so smug when I luck out with that timing. I "think" I'm trying to reserve a bit just in case I get hungry, but I end up having something like 20 protein calories left and one can't have much for that! Got to plan better, I guess.
