I havent been eating bad and I have been working out so-so but I have been maintining the weight I started out with I want to lose about 15 more at the most and I will be ok after that.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't slack on the working out because it's a vital part burning off fat & toning muscle. I think if you do that along w/eating healthy you should see some good results. So hang in there.

I haven't been slacking on the working out, I just been doing it lightly and hear and there. Reason being I had 3 major surgeries in one in December and I want to take it easy, and make sure I am fully healed. Doctor has released me to start back working out but he said slowly, very slowly. Thanks.
