WOOHOO!!! Another 4lbs down this week! Charging right along. Hopefully next time I weigh in I'll have broken the 230lb barrier. I was a little down on myself on Sunday when it looked like I had only lost one pound. Of course this is why it is important to have ONE official weigh in day wherein I weigh myself at the same time of the day (right after getting up). People say, "Aww that is just water weight cause you wake up dehydrated!" ...mmm yes that's kinda the point. I only want to weigh the solid parts of my body that I can't just pee away. LOL.
