Whoa.... Great weather out... enjoying it but drank a lot this week and it showed on the scale! I must be careful cuz beer is my weekness and why I was overweight in the first place!

154.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb. Still to go: 19.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week
