feels good to loose some more despite not actually having made it to the gym yet! Cold and dark weather making it super hard but progress is progress ... another 30kg to goooooo
210.3 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
