It's been FOREVER, but I'm BACK! And I'm at my goal weight, whoo hoo! The Husband and I have been really great at eating better. We've almost completely cut processed food out of our daily diet, which is just GREAT, considering all the sugar, salt and nasty fat in most packaged food. We've also followed our exercise regimen almost every day for the past four weeks. I feel AMAZING, and I can't wait to see my bikini body at the end of the summer!
