Doing pretty good, My first weigh in was actually 187.4, so when I seen that I had actually already lost a whole pound I had to post it. This makes me excited. Hopefully I am on the right path and if I can loose 2 pounds FOR THE WHOLE WEEK I will really be happy. So I will do another weigh in on Thursday to see what is going on!
So for today feeling good and about to get some food ready for the week, making a big pot of soup, getting my easy snacks ready to go whenever I want, I am going to try to bake some Kale, I hope it is good. If not I will let you know.
Also made a big pot of flavored green tea to add to my metabolism boosting. So now I drink grapefruit/vinegar with a squirt of liquid b12 under the tongue 2-3 times per day right before I eat, now I am going for the green tea.
