This has probably been my best week. managed to beat my ⏰4:30am alarm for early morning calisthenics🤸🏽‍♂️ at our local park. I didn't lose much, but I'm assuming my muscle mass is going up. Tomorrow is my off day, so let's see how next week goes. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
202.6 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
