So close to my original goal, but with Christmas and a stall, I am not able to get there. I have lost #40 pounds since last May and original goal was 185lbs. Not that I am close, I might shoot for 180lbs. Need to get over this hump then try to maintain. Keto has been awesome for me. I feel so much better.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
