First week of the Summer Bang Challenge and 6lbs gone! Yayyy!
I don't feel it or see it yet. I should reward myself tody for it but may leave it and have "a day" Sunday.
Pleased with that though. I'll need to start my exercise up for sure, but all in all did well.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
