Still doing the same things. I took a free day on Superbowl Sunday although I didn't eat as much as in years past. I plan to keep going and perhaps get down to 170 or 165. I am used to eating differently now and experience has taught me that I could easily put this weight back on if I let my guard down. Still, I am very happy with the success so far.
