A pleasant surprise. Still getting through stuff in the house and haven't kicked the habit of snacking after dinner, which I only eat during the week around 8pm, anyway. Need to get a handle on that, but all going in the right direction.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
