Breakfast 6oz fillet steak (0 carbs), egg (0.6), lunch on the run as walking farm with a view to buy 2 hard boiled eggs (1.2), dinner 60z chicken (0.1), celery, (1.5), lettuce (1.3), cucumber (say 0.5). Naughty black coffee but who can do without caffeine and live? Looks like 5gm carbs. May go mad and have a piece of cheese whilst watching the box.
