My body seems to be naturally inclined to stay between 135lbs. - 139lbs, and at 24% body fat, I'm cool with that. As long as I'm keeping my muscles toned and as long as I feel good (which I DO :)

So rather than having a singular "Goal Weight" I'm going with a "Goal Range" ... 135lbs to 139lbs. Bam! Decided.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
