I will take it and raise by .2 tomorrow. Day 6er. First day back to work yesterday. starting to feel a little run down already. But know I have to change my sleeping patterns with night shift. Onward I go.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
