Won't lie, didnt eat a lot yesterday. Just wasnt super hungry. Although my Raisin Bran screamed my name last night at supper. *smiles*
155.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
