1 week on keto and down 10 pounds!! Woohoo!!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! As soon as I stop fasting and transition to Keto diet I gain. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Good job to you!!!

Lbroghammer - if you are tracking everything you eat on keto diet and still gain, maybe you have sensitivity to something you are eating; or you are getting hidden carbs. Try the Atkins Fat Fast for 3 days, generally that breaks a stall. And lots of water of course -

Gz9gjg yes I need to take on more water for sure. That is a work in progress.

Lbroghammer thank you so much! I know those pesky plateaus are just a part of the process but I just keep on truckin! Weightless is unfortunately full of ups, downs and flatlines.
