Morning everyone, started the 100 press-ups a day for 30 days!!! But unfortunately find myself only doing 65 ( which I usually split in mornings and late afternoon) it is so hard and I’m sure I’m doing a few cheat press-ups 🤔.. finding myself snacking more - took a few measurements before hand and will compare after I finish .. 😅
