I actually just started weight watchers today. I have been exercising regularly since Abrianna was 4 weeks old. At my 6 week check up I weighed 160 lbs ( down from 186 when I went into labor). I did really well today and hope I can keep up the good work. I have to fit into some of my clothes before I go back to work March 3rd! So I've lost 5 lbs with exercise, just imagine what diet AND exercise can do!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
