Broke my fast last night to eat dinner with the family. Stuck to keto though, as far as I can tell. I was still in ketosis this morning. It's so hard to eat out especially at Mexican restaurants where there's nothing but rice, beans and chips/tortillas. Ugggghhhhh it was hard but I did it!
203.6 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fajitas, hold the rice, beans and tortilla. That's always my go to, and the meat and veg usually comes on a separate plate so that makes it even better I just add the guacamole. A fajita salad isn't bad either. Nice job!

I will have to keep that in mind. I was overwhelmed just trying to pick something quickly. Thanks for the tip t_ann19. It's my husband's absolute favorite so I know we will be eating it soon agaiain.
