Really having a hard time kicking Sugar back out of my life. Holidays create such tension in my life with the ample introductions of sugar sweets to try to avoid.
I will try to be gentle and vigilatne at the same time. Harrassing myself for overindulging doesn't mak me happy. Back to strong workouts. Sat 8:30 Yoga--Gentle Mon 7 PM Gym Class Tuesday 7 AM Trainer workout Wed 5:30 Yoga Thursday 7AM Trainer See how it goes.
