Haven't been here in a while, again. Life just got busy. I had a good weigh in considering it's TOM, so next weigh in should be better. I also started a self challenge. I'm going to workout daily this whole month! Yes even on my day off I'll get in a little something. I have a little calendar and have smiley stickers to put on each day I work out. I will have a full page of smileys!!! I think once I break out of the 240's that it'll give me that momentum to keep pushing through!
241.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
