Hey guys I'm new at this and I usually don't post, but I'm going to give this a go, so about a year ago I decided to start working out and dieting but my problem is : it because an unhealthy addiction all I think about is food and exercise , i became very destructive exercising r for 8 hours a day eating as little as 600-1200 calories a day then I go crazy and binge for like 6000 calories , I am trying to document everything I do because I don't want this anymore
