Today I'm at my heaviest non pregnant weight. Being short like I am doesn't help. I look at myself and see disgust. I know my weight is not muscle because I've completely stopped lifting. Today I started back tracking my macros and hopefully I'll be able to get the gym back into my routine as well. I don't care about weight if I know I'm putting on muscle. I care about what I see in the mirror. Today is day one. I know the process takes time.
