I've been drinking TONS of water and have been cutting down on portions at dinner. I've also been eating hearty breakfasts every morning and bring my lunch to school so that I won't be tempted to eat the available fast food there. My stomach has gotten visibly flatter, but my weight isn't decreasing that much. It's most likely because I haven't been able to exercise since I'm at school literally ALL DAY. But cutting down on unhealthy foods and portions has definitely made a difference. :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
