I have similar overall goal! I am just over half way through after last disastrous 3 months 😂 What works for me is making small changes and getting used to them for a while instead of cutting everything all at once. I find that it is easier to stick to and eventually all bad habits are left behind. for example I firstly gave up coke (my biggest problem and I not had any since September 2015) then bread then coffee and so on and have them only as a treat except coke as i worry i could not stop at one😅. also I avoid looking at the end goal but take it week by week. if you make any loss it's closer to your goal! Best of luck!

After Christmas my New Years resolution is to loose this stubborn weight. Just joined the gym today. Self discipline is my worst enemy but I really hope to try. I have 38 kilos to lose. If this sounds like your starting point please let me know your success story, thank you

Good luck. Just keep persevering even if you have slip ups. Just keep going and start again next day. xx

you are losing 5.6 kilos per week. that machine readout was brutal. computers just say it as is with no empathy. your past does not define you. you are already a new healthy person
