Mike and I are starting a high protein diet today. We are going to slow down on alcohol too.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week

Tuna and Chicken Breast are the best source of protein without having to worry about carbs, and are VERY low on fat.
