I was out of town this weekend and went over my RDI, but I think the exercise this weekend helped. I wasn't sure how to record the exercise for working on road maintenance in the forest, so I estimated using Yardwork. Might have been low for clearing brush and moving rocks/trees. Looking forward to gym tonight. :)
196.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
