Back on the house scale I find myself weighing 106.0 lbs and I hope to lose some weight.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1723 kcal Fat: 66.01g | Prot: 51.71g | Carb: 210.30g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Gaspar's Linguica, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Puerto Rican Style Fried Ripe Plantain (Platano Maduro Frito), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Eggplant (Fat Added in Cooking), Chebe Pizza Crust Mix. Dinner: Merlot Wine , Tortilla Corn Chips, Artisan Fresh Spinach Artichoke Dip. Snacks/Other: Apples , Great Value Medium Black Olives, Starbucks Marshmallow Dream Bar, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Coffee with Sugar. more...
