Today is very trying for me it is so hot here on the farm in the Western cape the temp reading outside is 46deg so I have not ventured outside to go walk or cycle. I have a massive headache to go with it think it is sugar withdrawal have craving for something sweet but will ignore it and keep on sipping water.
246.9 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
