Didn't walk this morning now I feel guilty will walk a bit longer tomorrow and over the weekend. Can't wait to be in the 80s will be the first time in 25 odd years
202.8 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
