Sat. 5/19/12 Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs w/fresh mushrooms & 4 link sausage. Later 2 bowls fresh strawberries w/real sugar. 15 green olives.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
