Happy New Year everybody!

Weighed in today after some very bad eating on NYE. New Year's Day I was relatively good except for sharing some ice cream with my husband that we had left in the freezer from NYE and eating some pepperoni out of desperation (I was starving and there wasn't much else in terms of snacks). Anyway, today I move forward. Start calorie counting, planning, and trying to get into a regular routing/schedule that includes daily exercise. Some planning needs to go into this and lots of sacrifices, but it must be done!
266.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
