2 lunches of shabu shabu in the last 3 days. Is it any surprise that my weight has shot up since Christmas Eve?

151.7 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I think tomorrow will be another weight gain. eating out today after 2 big slices of my son's birthday cake, with another big slice after we got home. My sweet tooth has never been happier
