昨晚回娘家吃媽媽煮的耶誕餐,老媽說長年菜雞湯多吃可以清體內火,於是我吃了2大碗,飯後要吃橘子老弟說不行,因為剛吃蝦子再吃橘子容易拉肚子~哇~我眼睛立馬ㄧ亮,正是我需要的,於是連吃3顆橘子🤣1小時後,終於解決困擾我2天便便的問題,ㄧ次清乾淨,今早起床再清ㄧ次,太開心了,清完量體重(經過昨晚的大餐)只增加0.1公斤,完全欣然接受🤣🎉
