Well we started the program at work called EAT THE RAINBOW and it the fruit and vegs. so I've been on it 2 weeks and lost 2lbs. I started back at the gym and I'm not giving up.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
